Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd., requires Independent Contractors for our Domestic Fleet.
This position will be running Winnipeg - Toronto two times per week.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner
- Handle freight and freight documents
- Perform Pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Professional communication with customers
- Ensure 100% compliance with safety
- Perform all other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Class 1A drivers license
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience
- Must own your own truck (5 years or newer)
- LCV experience is an asset
- Ability to drive in all terrains
- Experience with heaters and reefers
- Professional appearance and good hygiene
- Safe driving record verified by a current drivers abstract
- Ability to perform all duties without restriction
