Detention With Power (Wait Time)
When due to no fault of Kindersley Transport, a driver is detained at the pickup or delivery facility past the allowed free time, a detention charge of $22.50 per quarter hour or portion of quarter hour interval will be assessed.
The drivers loading or unloading time will be calculated from arrival at the shipping or receiving facility until the drivers departure from the shipping or receiving facility.
One hour free time, $90.00 per hour after free time, will be billed in 1/4 hour increments.
Excess Valuation
2% of the Excess Value over $2.00 per pound of actual weight of the shipment
Expedited Service
Subject to additional charges at time of shipment
Extra Labour Charge Includes Swamper/Lumper when required by customer (does not include tractor/trailer)
Weekdays: 2 hour Minimum, $ 30.00 per hour
Saturdays: 4 hour Minimum, $ 40.00 per hour
Sundays and Holidays: 4 hour Minimum, $ 50.00 per hour

Accessorial Services
Charges for Accessorial Services requested by the Consignee that are not authorized by the original Bill of Lading, will be the responsiblity of the Debtor named on the original Bill of Lading.
CUBE RULE: LTL (Less than TruckLoad) = up to 639.9 cubic feet or 9,999 pounds or 9.9 lineal feet of trailer.
TL (TruckLoad) = 640 cubic feet or 10,000 pounds or 10 lineal feet of trailer and over.
